BB NAIJA : FAKE EVICTION PLAN, A BLUNDER!

It is no news that the organizers of big brother naija are making efforts to engage the audience and make the reality show not as predictable as possible, but the stunt they pulled on the housemates at the beginning of week 4, season 4 , may just have been a mistake.

Three evictions were called, and two out of three evicted housemates, were fake evictions. Seyi and Tacha were at the receiving end as they were the ones that became the victims of circumstance. The housemates were told to leave the house and they were ushered into a small room where they can’t be seen or heard by the other housemates. With steady supply of food and a bed and some chairs, the place seems okay to sleep or stay for a night, however, these two housemates have been kept for two nights already.

Aside they fact that they are isolated from the social gathering of other housemates in the house, the room is quite small and they have been deprived from the comfort of their beds. Seyi being a gentle man, has let Tacha sleep on the bed, while he manages to sleep on the rug, using the available furniture for support.

It kind of reminds me of the guard room in the military, where soldiers who commit offences are kept in isolation for a specific period as punishment .

#BbNaija organisers may have had a good idea, but the implementation wasn’t properly laid out and i guess, they are brainstorming on how and when they will send them back into the house.

Both housemates were deprived from competing for veeto power and also, they are both up for eviction again. In as much as it may be part of what they signed up for, I’m sure there is room for improvement in how this fake eviction played out.

Let’s wait and see how they will be brought back into the house. I know the housemates will be amazed.
